You own a SERIP Groupe villa or apartment: describe the situation to us, with photos. Our after-sales service will get back to you to arrange the repair. During the first year, the new-build warranty covers every defect reported.

All defects reported within one year of the handover of the works.

Equipment warranty
Fittings that can be removed from the structure: shutters, taps, interior doors…

Ten-year warranty

Air conditioning, electrics, plumbing, garden…: our teams come to your villa or apartment. A quote is provided before any work is carried out.
Call-out fee
Flat fee of €80 excl. VAT per visit, in addition to the hourly rate.
