Our story
A builder’s story
Self-taught, Joaquim Pirès founded SERIP Groupe and made it a benchmark for luxury villas in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. After more than 40 years in business, the group now brings together more than sixty people and works from Sainte-Maxime all the way to the Algarve, in Portugal.
A holding company specialising in the development of high-end villas, SERIP Groupe also builds office and retail premises.
As a luxury villa builder, the group handles every stage: finding the land, design, planning permission, construction and finishes. As a result, a single point of contact follows your project from start to finish, and our after-sales service stays by your side once the keys are handed over.
