Data collected, purposes and legal bases
- Contact form: last name, first name, email, phone, subject and message. To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to present our developments to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Defect report: name, phone, email, residence or villa, unit or address, description and photos. To handle your request under the new-build warranties. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal warranty obligations.
- Service quote request: name, email, phone, address of the work, services requested and additional information. To prepare the quote, then carry out and invoice the work. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures, then performance of the contract.
- Client reviews: displayed name, email (never published), introduction and review text. To publish your testimonial on the website after review. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by asking us to remove your review.
- Audience measurement: pages viewed and technical information about your browsing, via Google Analytics. To understand how the website is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, collected through the cookie banner.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the SERIP Groupe teams in charge of handling your request. It is never sold, rented or transferred. It passes through technical service providers acting on our behalf: OVH (website hosting, in France), Microsoft (business email) and, if you consent, Google (audience measurement).
Transfers outside the European Union
Google and Microsoft may process some data in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. When a request leads to an accepted quote or invoiced work, the corresponding accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law. Client reviews remain published until you ask for them to be removed. Audience measurement cookies expire after 13 months, and your cookie choice is remembered for 6 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand. You may also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@serip-groupe.com or to SERIP Groupe, 2, avenue de la Liberté, 83120 Sainte-Maxime, France. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted to authorised SERIP Groupe staff.
Cookies
The website measures its traffic with Google Analytics, only with your consent, collected through the banner displayed on your first visit. Without consent, no audience measurement cookie is set: only anonymous technical signals, without cookies, may be sent to Google (Google consent mode).
